Can I cancel or get a refund?: Every plan carries a 30-day return policy. If MATEXT doesn’t meet your expectations, cancel within thirty days for a full refund — subscriptions are cancelable at any time.
How do credits work?: Credits are spent per render, per seat, per month. Unused credits do not roll over. Upgrades apply instantly and the difference is billed pro rata.
Which platforms are supported?: One subscription covers all platforms: MATEXT HUB runs natively on macOS, Windows, and Linux, with a companion mobile app.
Can I use the materials commercially?: All plans include commercial licensing for shipped work. Enterprise agreements with custom terms are available for studios.
Do you invoice in CHF or EUR?: Pricing is shown in EUR; Swiss customers can be invoiced in CHF. Enterprise invoicing with purchase orders is available on request.
